A Colorado native, Dr. Suzanna Riddle brings over 15 years of diverse clinical expertise to our team.
After graduating from North Carolina State University in 2010, she focused her early studies on exotic medicine—completing advanced coursework in avian, small mammal, and reptile care—and performed a rotating internship at Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services in Rochester, NY. Following several years in Binghamton, NY, where she practiced emergency medicine and provided supplemental care for a local zoo, she returned home to Colorado in 2014.
Since her return, Dr. Riddle has dedicated her career to emergency and urgent care. While her professional journey has included a wide variety of species and settings, she thrives on the challenge of critical cases and is deeply committed to the rewarding work of providing immediate pain relief and supporting the healing process for her patients.
Now residing in Berthoud and serving the Westminster community, Dr. Riddle spends her time away from the clinic embracing the lifestyle of her home state. An avid hiker and container gardener, she enjoys "bringing the outdoors in" to a home filled with plants and books. Her household is rounded out by her two cats, Lucy and Lloyd, and two jumping spiders, Herbie and Jorogumo. When she isn't on the trails or baking a fresh loaf of bread, she is likely working through her annual goal of watching every Oscar-nominated film, with a particular soft spot for the artistry of short films.
